Extracted through steam distillation, this cedarwood pure essential oil is known for its sweet and woody scent that induces your body to relax and clears your mind for a good night's sleep.

HOW TO USE:

1. Diffuse the scent in your room using an electronic diffuser, humidifier, aroma pot, or unglazed stone.
2. Incorporate them into liquid soap, or pouring them into baths.
3. You can also massage your oil into your skin.
